Original Wild Yam Cream:

Alongside the core herb of Wild Yam the formulation includes Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) and Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis), two revered herbs in traditional herbal medicine. They further support and influence hormone production, particularly progesterone.

No fragrance added, just the subtle scent of herb infused oils. 

Male Wild Yam Cream:

Alongside Wild Yam the formulation includes Ashwagandha —A potent adaptogen known for reducing cortisol levels, stress resilience and boosting libido. Siberian Ginseng — Increases sperm count, known for supporting energy, stamina, and general vitality and Saw Palmetto — Used traditionally to support the prostate and male reproductive system.

The Male Yam Cream is scented with an Essential Oil blend based around Vetiver and Cedar wood. Think grounded, earthy, warm spice.

Teen Wild Yam Cream:

 Alongside Wild Yam the formulation includes Evening Primrose — Traditionally used to support skin health and PMS symptoms and Dandelion Root — Supports healthy liver function and natural detoxification. Rich in magnesium and zinc for an endocrine tonic.

The Teen Yam Cream is lightly scented with an Essential Oil blend based around Juniper, Kunzea and Lemon Tea Tree. Think bright, fresh citrus and a subtle herbal edge.

Suggested Use:

Women: Wild Yam cream is applied in a cycle - 

Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening for three consecutive weeks, followed by one week of rest, repeat monthly.

Rest week - Menstruating Women and Teens - This rest period is intended to coincide with your menstrual bleed

Rest week- Premenopausal or postmenopausal -  Simply take a week of rest once a month.

Men:  Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening. Use daily. No rest week required.

Massage into soft areas of the body such as the inner arms, neck, belly, thighs, or chest, alternating application sites.
